Product information "Disc Plate Hanger"

Disc plate hanger

Patented plate hanger made of strong linen fabric with special rubber coating for sticking on. Only suitable for glazed plates.

Diameter 30 mm - for plates up to 10 cm Ø approx. load capacity 500 g
Diameter 50 mm - for plates up to 15 cm Ø approx. load capacity 1,000 g
Diameter 75 mm - for plates up to 20 cm Ø approx. load capacity 1,500 g
Diameter 100 mm - for plates up to 28 cm Ø approx. load capacity 2,500 g
Diameter 140 mm - approx. load capacity 3,000 g

Processing instructions:

1. Clean the surface of the plate thoroughly, remove varnish, grease, etc.
2. Moisten the DISC plate hanger with a little water.
3. Rub the water into the adhesive layer with your fingers until you reach the fabric and the adhesive becomes milky.
4. Wait 5-10 minutes for the glue to swell and become tacky.
5. Place the DISC on the plate and with the back of a spoon press out the air bubbles.
6. After 24 hours you can hang up the plate.

If you want to remove the hanger from the plate again, simply place it in warm water. After a short time, you can completely remove the DISC plate hanger without damaging the plate.
