Dibond and Mirror Hanging Kit B (6kg)

Mirror and Picture Hanging Kit for hanging Alu Dibond panels, acrylic glass panels, mirrors and the like.

This Set contains:
• 2 self-adhesive Flat Panel Hooks / Dibond Hangers, size 100 x 100 mm
• 2 eccentric discs for height adjustment incl. screws and plugs
• 2 spacers to align the mirror / panel flat with the wall, height: 13,2 mm, diameter: 20,6 mm

The set has a maximum load capacity of 6 kg.

The Dibond Hangers are equipped with a self-adhesive coating for directly sticking them to the Alu Dibond panel, acrylic glass panel or mirror. They are also suited for rooms with temporarily higher air humidity, such as bathrooms. The eccentric discs should be fixed to the wall and by rotating them it is possible to correct height differences to hang your mirror perfectly even.

Provided that an even weight distribution and horizontal hanging is ensured, the specified maximum load capacity doubles applies when using two Dibond Hangers. Please note: More than two Dibond Hangers do not increase the maximum load capacity. In case of doubt, switch to larger Dibond Hangers with a higher load-bearing capacity. A safety buffer is particularly advisable for larger objects.

Please make sure that you adhere the Dibond Hangers to a smooth, even and non-absorbent surface. Only then a strong and secure bonding will be achieved. The Dibond Hangers are not suitable for mirrors or panels with a protective layer on the back (cork, rubber, plastic film, hardboard). In addition, paint, ink, acrylic, as well as paint oil and similar substances may react with the adhesive.

Due to the variety of possible influences, we cannot accept any liability for bonding on materials other than those specified here. On other surfaces and materials, the adhesion must be tested at your own responsibility. We do not assume any liability in this case.

Instructions for use:
Use the Dibond Hangers within 6 months after receipt.

Always carry out bonding at room temperature (approx. 20°C).

Before affixing the Dibond Hangers, please ensure that the intended substrate is free of dirt, dust, grease and lubricants as well as residues of cleaning agents. Only then can the necessary adhesive power be ensured. Never use chemicals such as glass cleaner, benzine, methylated spirits, etc. for cleaning. We recommend cleaning the surface with a clean, dry cloth.

Position the Dibond Hanger and press it firmly for at least 60 seconds with a pressure of at least 15 kg and repeat to press after 10 minutes. Allow the Dibond Hangers to rest for 24 hours. The adhesive tape achieves its final adhesive power after 24 hours.
