Neschen filmoplast® Embroidery Stabiliser – self-adhesive tear-away embroidery stabiliser for delicate fabrics

The self-adhesive filmoplast® embroidery stabiliser from Neschen is the professional solution for all materials that cannot be hooped directly in the embroidery frame. This high-quality tear-away embroidery stabiliser delivers clean embroidery results on delicate, stretchy or difficult-to-hoop fabrics while providing improved stability throughout the embroidery process.

Coated with a solvent-free, environmentally friendly polyacrylate-based dispersion adhesive, the embroidery stabiliser is particularly clean and easy to work with. Instead of hooping the fabric itself, only the filmoplast® embroidery stabiliser is fixed into the embroidery hoop. The fabric to be embroidered is then placed directly onto the self-adhesive surface. This reliably prevents pressure marks, distortion and unsightly hoop marks – ideal for delicate, stretchy or difficult-to-hoop materials such as velvet, leather, fleece or jersey fabrics.

The embroidery stabiliser is also ideal for small or difficult-to-embroider textile items. Socks, caps, ribbons, doll’s clothes and appliqués can all be embroidered much more easily and comfortably. Small materials that cannot be hooped can also be processed without difficulty. At the same time, the additional stabilisation improves overall embroidery quality and stitch definition.

After embroidery, the opening created in the stabiliser can be sealed with leftover pieces of the material. This allows the filmoplast® embroidery stabiliser to be reused up to five times before the adhesive strength begins to diminish.

The self-adhesive embroidery stabiliser is available in white and black.
