LOGAN Simplex Classic Board-Mounted Mat Cutter

The LOGAN Simplex Classic is a high-quality, board-mounted mat cutting system designed specifically for artists, framers, and creative professionals with medium to high cutting volumes. This versatile model ensures precise mat cutting and impresses with its comprehensive features and user-friendly operation.

The Simplex Classic is available in two sizes:
• LOGAN 550-1 Simplex Classic with a cutting capacity of up to 101 cm (40 in)
• LOGAN 560-1 Simplex Classic with a cutting capacity of up to 152 cm (60 in)

The LOGAN Simplex Classic features a parallel mat guide, enabling precise adjustment and marking of border widths. It ensures that the mat board stays securely in position, resulting in consistent and clean cuts. A hinged aluminium guide rail simplifies the alignment and precise operation of the cutting tools. Equipped with two production stops, it allows for efficient production of multiple mats with consistent quality. An integrated squaring arm (68 cm / 32 in), set at a 90° angle to the baseboard, ensures accurate straight cuts and acts as a stop for bevel cuts.

• Bevel Cutter: Designed for 45° bevel cuts with adjustable blade depth and a start/stop indicator to prevent overcuts or undercuts.
