Lineco Neutral pH Adhesive – archival quality PVA adhesive

The Lineco Neutral pH Adhesive is an acid-free PVA adhesive (polyvinyl acetate) of archival quality, developed specifically for preservation materials. It dries clear, remains permanently flexible and offers excellent lay-flat properties that effectively prevent paper from curling or warping. The adhesive sets quickly, yet provides sufficient open time for precise application. If required, it can be blended with methyl cellulose to extend the drying time. Being water-soluble, it can be easily reactivated, offering additional flexibility in use.

The product is ageing-resistant, non-yellowing and does not release any gases once cured. It is suitable for conservation, bookbinding, archival work as well as craft projects. The adhesive penetrates reliably into porous surfaces, contains no animal-derived ingredients and meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
