KEENCUT Excalibur 5000 Wall Cutter

The KEENCUT "Excalibur 5000" is a precision wall cutter with a very high technical standard for cutting the following materials:
• cardboard
• plywood panels
• hardboard and MDF
• foam boards
• flexible plastics, acrylic and rigid PVC
• glass

The Excalibur 5000 cuts in a vertical arrangement for optimal space saving. The two cutting heads house four cutting tools and are arranged on the same line to ensure that the blades cut square and accurately. The clamp holds materials up to 14 mm thick, allowing mounted images, graphics, illustrations, etc. to be easily clamped in the machine and cut at any angle. The flip in/out measuring stops can be engaged or disengaged for a one-off job or volume production cutting. A one-piece, horizontal squaring arm ensures positioning and rigidity on either side of the cut line and accuracy is assured with a clear sightline strip acting as your guide to precise alignment.

The multi-tool head no. 1 simply rotates and locks into one of the three cutting tools according to the selected operating setting - quickly and without the need to loosen screws or change tools. The tungsten carbide cutting wheel is designed for cutting glass and mirrors, the notch cutting blade for acrylics and the cutting blade for PVC, matboard, foam board, corrugated board, paper, vinyl or cardboard. The two-wheeled heavy-duty cutter mounted on sliding head no. 2 is designed for cutting pressed wood, wood fibre and hardboard up to 3.2 mm.

Lockable telescopic steel legs ensure that the machine can be adjusted to the ideal working height.
