Self-adhesive Dibond Hanger with galvanised surface and punched out eyelet. The Dibond Hanger is coated with mirror adhesive tape and is particularly suitable for hanging mirrors, aluminium panels, foam boards, forex boards, plexi-glass, acrylic panels and Dibond panels. It is also suited for rooms with temporarily higher air humidity.

Each Dibond Hanger 45 x 45 mm has a maximum load capacity of 1 kg.
Each Dibond Hanger 70 x 70 mm has a maximum load capacity of 3 kg.
Each Dibond Hanger 100 x 100 mm has a maximum load capacity of 6 kg.
Each Dibond Hanger 200 x 100 mm has a maximum load capacity of 12 kg.
Each Dibond Hanger 180 x 180 mm has a maximum load capacity of 16 kg.

Provided that an even weight distribution and horizontal hanging is ensured, the maximum load capacity doubles when using two Dibond Hangers. Please note: More than two Dibond Hangers do not increase the maximum load capacity. In case of doubt, switch to larger Dibond Hangers with a higher load-bearing capacity. A safety buffer is particularly advisable for larger objects.

Please make sure that you adhere the Dibond Hanger to a smooth, even and non-absorbent surface. Only then a strong and secure bonding will be achieved. The Dibond Hanger is not suitable for mirrors or panels with a protective layer on the back (cork, rubber, plastic film, hardboard). In addition, paint, ink, acrylic, as well as paint oil and similar substances may react with the adhesive.

Due to the variety of possible influences, we cannot accept any liability for bonding on materials other than those specified here. On other surfaces and materials, the adhesion must be tested at your own responsibility. We do not assume any liability in this case.


Instructions for use:
Use the Dibond Hanger within 6 months after receipt.

Always carry out bonding at room temperature (approx. 20°C).

Before affixing the Dibond Hanger, please ensure that the intended substrate is free of dirt, dust, grease and lubricants as well as residues of cleaning agents. Only then can the necessary adhesive power be ensured. Never use chemicals such as glass cleaner, benzine, methylated spirits, etc. for cleaning. We recommend cleaning the surface with a clean, dry cloth.

Position the Dibond Hanger and press it firmly for at least 60 seconds with a pressure of at least 15 kg and repeat to press after 10 minutes. Allow the Dibond Hangers to rest for 24 hours. The adhesive tape achieves its final adhesive power after 24 hours.

Surface finish: galvanised
