V-Nails for Alfamacchine, without magazine, with 200 nails per strip.
Version: MW/HW – suitable for medium-hard to hard woods and other dense materials.

The genuine V-nails from Alfamacchine are designed for use with the Alfa Minigraf and the Alfamacchine U-series underpinning machines.

Both 45° and 90° joints can be created effortlessly using Alfamacchine Genuine V-Nails.
Alfamacchine’s V-nails are manufactured with Power Twist® pulling power, which reinforces the strength of 45-degree mitre joints, for example in framed artworks, canvas prints or woodworking applications. The patented Power Twist® design pulls the joint tightly together, ensuring increased corner strength and durability.

A key advantage of the Alfamacchine Genuine V-Nails is the special silicone-based coating formula used to stack the nails. Instead of adhesive, a silicone formula is applied, as adhesive residue is a common cause of jamming in underpinning machines. The silicone also acts as a lubricant, ensuring smooth penetration of the V-nails into the material.

Alfamacchine Genuine Power Twist V-Nails are available in various millimetre sizes.

Material: EN 10132 – cold-rolled narrow strip steel
Thickness: 0.30 mm

Note: A colour identification stripe on the nail strip makes it easy to distinguish between Alfamacchine V-Nail types:
Transparent – V-nails for soft wood
Brown – V-nails for medium-hard to hard wood
Red – V-nails for very hard wood
